We run two application rounds per year, one in spring and one in fall. The submission link for applications will be made available on this webpage about six weeks before the application deadline.

The next call for 2024 will be in October 2024 with a October 31, 2024 deadline.

The following documents are required for applying to the IMPRS-QDC:

• Filled application form (the form will be made available for download here at the beginning of the six-week application period)
• CV
• Graduate certificate(s) and grade transcripts
• Proof of proficiency in English (TOEFL, IELTS, long-term studies in countries with English as official language or similar)
• Two reference letters (to be sent to us by the referees during the application period)
